These magical glass globes create an ethereal aura when lit up in the garden or on the patio, especially on dark, winter nights. An internally placed LED light runs on solar energy collected during the day by the small panel, which can be staked nearby. The gem-like quality of these orbs in any of the 4 available colors is unsurpassed in beauty.

Sold as a complete, 3-part unit:

* 10" diameter crackle glass globe with an electrified LED bulb fitted inside (5-8 year life).

* A separate plug-in solar collector which has a lithium battery, light sensor and on/off switch.

* Handrail bracket for either 2" x 4" or 2" x 6" rails. Bracket holds both orb and solar panel collector. 

Sturdy handrail bracket has removable lower loop to hold the solar panel. Hand-hammered wrought iron construction. Black powdercoated finish. Two size options are available, for deck rails 2 x 4 inch and 2 x 6 inch.

Solar collector panel is inserted in handrail bracket loop. Conveniently face the collector towards the maximum direct exposure to the sun, which should give the orb 6-8 hours of light per charge. Light sensor automatically turns the orb on once natural light fades.

The orbs are made with a traditional mouth blown glass technique. The elongated neck allows them to rest snugly in any of our glazing globe stands. Stands sold separately.
