Our Platinum Cap Series is our premium line of deck hangers. All feature hardware made from 1/2" round cold-rolled steel rod (except for model #SAFD). The finish is an automotive grade powder coat that is UV inhibited and will not fade in the sun. Moveable arms feature slide bushings to prevent scratching during adjustment. Caps are nickel plated over brass and will never tarnish. Nickel plated brass end caps give this piece a contemporary and progressive appearance. All American made components insure a top quality product that will provide years of use.
These deck hangers easily hold 10# bird feeders or flower baskets. The heavy duty screw plate measures 2" x 3" and is .179 thick (7 Gauge). It's MIG welded to the 1/2" round cold finished steel rod made with 1018 grade steel for maximum rigidity. The screws are #8 x 1-1/4" "wood screws" that have a corrosion resistant black finish to match the color of the product. Importantly, they are also hardened so that they will not easily "round out" during installation.

It features a plastic sleeve within the screw plate tube that allows for easy movement. This insures effortless positioning of the arm. A large palm size locking screw secures the swing arm in place.
#RT2FD Platinum Cap Screw Mount Deck and Fence Hanger - This screw-on deck hanger has a single fixed arm. The hanger is offset 1-5/8" to clear deck hand rails. It's 36-1/2" tall and has a 13" reach.
#SAFD Platinum Cap Medium Duty Screw Mount Deck Hanger Set of 2 - Medium duty screw on hanger. These are made with 3/8" steel rod. 36” tall, 13” reach. The hanger is offset 1-5/8" to clear deck hand rails and post caps. This hanger is perfect for lighter weight bird feeders. Screws provided. Black. Set of 2 Hangers. Note: Quick Connect Add-On Hooks cannot be used with these hangers.
