Made in Raleigh, NC. DEET free and 100 percent plant-based ingredients. Each Murphy’s Mosquito candle burns up to 24 hours. 5 percent repellent oils, most brands have less than 2 percent (OFF! Brand candles have .5 percent). A give back to Nothing But Nets for every candle sold, to help fight malaria world wide. Each candle tin has a tin lid to keep the candle dry when not in use. Space candles about 12-15 feet apart. Murphy’s Mosquito Candles deliver an effective and refreshing fragrance to create a pleasant bite-free environment so you can Enjoy Life Outdoors. Each repellent essential oil impacts mosquitoes in its own way, so having multiple types of repellents gives Murphy’s Mosquito Candles a broader spectrum of coverage against mosquito. Most products on the market have just one repellent oil, so having three makes a difference.

Did you know? Most “citronella” products on the market contain a very low level of repellent oils, typically less than 2%, with some of the better known brands containing as little as 0.5%. Essential oils are very expensive and that is most likely why other brands put such a small amount in their products. When we formulated our product, we made sure the fragrance was pleasant and most importantly -
IT WORKS! With 10% repellent oil content, Murphy’s Mosquito Candles are an exceptional product. 10% oil content is really a big deal in differentiating Murphy’s product from the rest of the guys. We won’t steer you wrong, but please check out the labels on the big brands to see their active ingredient percentages.

Simple Ingredients: Palm Wax, Citronella, Lemongrass & Rosemary. We left out all the ingredients we don’t want, so you won’t find D.E.E.T., petroleum or any toxins in our candles. Our product burns clean, naturally.
