Use the included clamp to secure this hook to a horizontal deck rail up to 2.5" thick, and use the large eye screw to tighten it. Loosen the thumb screw on the clamp to lower or raise the height of the hanger, for the perfect viewing spot. The two, 12" long hooks can accommodate items up to 23" in diameter.
