You Do It Suet® is reusable, eco-friendly and
perfect for the everyday bird lover and meat eater.
You Do It Suet® is a 100% silicone mold that is food safe and dishwasher safe. The You Do It Suet® mold is used to make a suet cake using excess grease from cooking meat. Acceptable fats: Beef, Pork and Chicken.
When cooking a meal just pour off the excess fat into the You Do It Suet® mold, add ingredients, mix, freeze and feed the birds. Rather than putting your grease down the drain or in the trash, feed the birds instead. Wild birds need the extra fat to keep them warm during the cold months.
Cook a Meal For YOURSELF and THE BIRDS!
Once you have enough fat (grease) in the You Do It Suet® mold, mix in ingredients such as: bird seed, peanut butter, nuts and fruit. Place the filled You Do It Suet® mold in the freezer to harden, release the suet cake from the You Do It Suet® mold and place in your suet feeder. Reuse, Reduce, Recycle.
Using just 1 pound of 80/20 ground beef you can produce enough excess meat fat (grease) to fill the You Do It Suet® mold half way. Then you can place the You Do It Suet® in the freezer until the next time you cook up some more meat.
OR
You can add bird seed, nuts, fruits, peanut butter and or berries to your You Do It Suet® and mix it together with a spoon with your current amount of grease (fat) and freeze until hard. After your You Do It Suet® is hardened, release the suet cake from the You Do It Suet® mold and place in any standard suet feeder. NO MORE GREASE DOWN THE DRAIN!
