The square base forms a platform, capable of holding up to 3 quarts of mixed or solid seed, suet, fruit, or mealworms, which remains protected by the roof. Sturdy cables on each corner of the platform raise the tray as more seed is consumed, maintaining a constant level for your backyard birds. A raised cup in the center of the seed tray acts as an indicator, letting you know when it is time to refill the item.
