Phone Ordering
We primarily accept internet orders through our secure shopping cart, but if
you prefer to order by phone, our sales consultants will be happy to assist
you.
To expedite the phone ordering process, you will need to contact us using the
e-mail form at the top of this page, and provide us with the information listed
below:
- Product Name
- Product SKU#
- Quantity including options (color, size, style, etc.), if applicable
- Your Full Name
- Billing Address, City, State, Zip Code.
- Shipping Address if different than your billing address. (Please Note: UPS will
not ship to P.O. Boxes)
- Phone Number including Area Code
- E-mail address (if available)
- Convenient day/time when you can be reached
Once we receive your e-mail request, one of our sales consultants will contact
you directly by phone to answer any questions you may have, take your credit
card number, and complete the order.
Payment by Check
To pay by check you may simply shop on-line, complete the general information
section (as instructed in the shopping cart), and choose “Mail-In”
payment when you check-out. We will automatically receive your order request
with all the information needed to complete your order upon payment.
